Does FeedFixer replace my feed tool?
No. Your feed tool keeps sending. FeedFixer delivers a supplementary feed with corrected fields that your feed tool combines with your existing feed.
Do I have to change my PIM or webshop?
No. FeedFixer writes nothing back to your source. Errors in the source go on a to-do list for whoever manages the source, but going live never depends on it.
Does FeedFixer change things on its own?
Only what you approve. FeedFixer makes proposals and is open about where each proposal comes from. After one confirmation it applies your choice to new products.
Does FeedFixer write my titles and texts?
No, FeedFixer is not a copywriter. It only corrects what the marketplace requires. Texts missing in another language are filled in with the translation module.
What can I try for free?
All modules for a month. You see your whole catalogue and all errors, and FeedFixer fixes 10 SKUs for you. That way you see what it delivers before you choose a plan.
What about my data?
Data is kept separate per customer and access keys are stored encrypted. FeedFixer does not see any data about your buyers.
