What the message looks like
4000001: The provided value for 'Is Gift Wrap Available' is invalid.What does it mean?
The field is filled, but with a value Amazon cannot process. Often it is a yes/no field that holds a word instead of true or false, or a number field that holds text.
What causes it?
- Your feed tool fills the field itself with a default value Amazon does not know. For the gift options, for example, we see the text “Niet-actief” (inactive) where Amazon expects true or false.
- Your source holds text in a field where Amazon expects a number, such as a screen size including its unit.

Check in your channel which value is sent for this field. Pick a value from Amazon's list, or do not send the field if it is not required.

If the value comes from your source, make sure it holds only what Amazon expects: a number without a unit, or a value from Amazon's list.
