What the message looks like
99022: The field 'value' for the attribute 'Package Weight' does not have enough values. The required minimum is '1' value(s).What does it mean?
This message resembles 90220, with one difference: the field itself is there, but one of its parts is empty. We mainly see it on fields that consist of a number and a unit, such as weight, capacity and dimensions: the unit is there, the number is not.
What causes it?
- Your channel sets the unit as a fixed value, while the number is missing in your source for this product.
- The number lives in a different source field than the one that is mapped.
How to fix it
- 1
In your field mapping
Check that the number is mapped to the right source field, separately from the unit.
- 2
In your source (PIM or webshop)
Fill in the missing number for the products where it is empty. A list of products with an empty value helps you find them in one go.
