Amazon error 99010: A required value is missing from a group of fields

What does it mean?
Some fields only work together: a sale price with start and end date, a product ID with its ID type, parentage with a variation theme, a unit count with its unit. One of the group is filled and another is not.
How to fix it
Complete the whole group, or leave the whole group empty if it does not apply.
